Kareen started working with my daughter almost six years ago. As a middle schooler, my daughter wanted to learn French during the pandemic while schools were closed. We could not be happier that we found Kareen! My daughter loved working with Kareen so much that she elected to take French in high school, and even talks about studying abroad in a Francophone country. As a parent and former teacher , I really appreciated Kareem’s patience and kindness, and the fact that she held my daughter accountable for engaging with the language. I met Kareen four summers ago in my small town in Vermont. We have been meeting, either online or in person, ever since. She is a native speaker with decades of experience teaching French.
