About Kourosh
Medical English • OSCE Communication • Advanced Conversational English I’m Cyrus, a native English speaker, medical student, and experienced tutor specializing in Medical English and professional communication. I’ve completed two years of medical school, passed the NBME Comprehensive Exam, and trained extensively in OSCE-style communication, including patient history-taking, explaining diagnoses, discussing management plans, and handling ethical or emotionally sensitive scenarios. I understand how healthcare professionals are expected to communicate clearly, efficiently, and with the right tone. I help you build those skills in English. Alongside medicine, I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto in Molecular Biology & Psychology, was top of my IB high school class, and have several years of experience teaching ESL, academic writing, and IGCSE Biology.
