About Mairin
I have experience teaching all ages, including children, teens and adults, all levels, from beginners to advanced conversation. I've been conducting private lessons for over a year and I have also taught English in public schools and private businesses. I'm a native speaker of English from the United States, with a bachelor's degree (BA) in Romance Languages and the Cambridge CELTA Certificate for the teaching of English to adults. I customize lessons according to the client's needs and objectives. I can help with homework; I can prepare students for exams; I teach and explain vocabulary, grammar and the correct pronunciation of English; and I offer conversational lessons for those who have to travel or conduct business in English. I strive to engage my clients with my enthusiasm and dynamic, interactive methods. Everyone has their own way of learning, so we will experiment with visual, tactile, oral, written, etc. methods. I offer small group lessons for 2 or 3 people. In this case the price per person is 15 euros per hour.
