Hello. I am Charlie and am currently studying in London.
I got into the world of fitness when I took a long hard look at myself around seven years ago and decided I did not like how I looked and felt.
My techniques are fairly simple: Hard work and Persiverance. It's not going to come overnight. However, if you train to be the Strongest, Fittest and Healthiest version of yourself, it will come.
