About Sahil
I’m not a certified trainer or a teacher in the traditional sense — I’m just a regular guy who decided to take control of his life. Back in 2022, I was 96 kg, unfit, confused, and honestly didn’t know what I wanted. But I chose discipline over excuses. I started waking up early, working out every day, eating clean, and staying consistent — and over time, I lost around 25 kg. More than the weight, I gained confidence, self-respect, and purpose. Now, I’m doing this because I know what it feels like to struggle — whether it’s with weight, studies, motivation, or life in general. And I know how powerful even a small push or a friendly guide can be. I’m here to be that guide — like a big brother or a friend — to help kids and teens stay fit, focused, and ready for life. Not just with workouts or homework, but with mindset, discipline, and real-life habits that actually matter. If even one student feels better, stronger, or more confident after spending time with me — then it’s all worth it.
