About Morna
I am in my NQT year as a History and Modern Studies Teacher. I have completed three different school placements throughout my studies at university, and am nearing the end of my first full year teaching, which have consolidated my understanding of teaching techniques and the structure of the different levels of Scottish qualification courses. History and Modern Studies are such vibrant subjects, and I strive to explore that throughout my lessons and teaching approaches. I hope to support learners in any way they need - whether that is going over content or question structures.

Engaging and relaxed lessons tailored to suit the needs of the learner. I have an abundance of teaching materials, including PowerPoints, worksheets and learning activities that I have created, tested and altered throughout my teaching - these can also be adapted to fit different topics, levels and learning techniques! We can focus on any content, or exam style question structures that you are unsure of. I can offer support with Broad General Education (S1-3), National 3/4/5 (S4-6) and Higher (S5-6), with 1 hour slots - this can be altered depending on the learner.
