About Rashidah
I am a registered nurse with 10 years of working experience, had my bachelor degree of nursing and currently doing my ph.D fast track programs. I have experienced in helping people to deal with their stress for example friends, patients and people around me. I learned about psychology and stress Management. I have given multiple session on carrier development and stress management to many undergraduate and postgraduate students, majority of them gave a very positive feedback and say they are more empowered to deal with their daily tasking.
