About Lauren
I am happily married to my amazing husband and we have a precious fur baby! Throughout my clinical rotations in nursing school, I fell in love with the ER and the ICU, which led me to accepting a position in the MICU! As stated, I have tutored students in one-on-one and group sessions. My students end up becoming not just a tutoree, but a friend as well due to my contact method being my cell. I recently just graduated in May 2026 from UALR School of Nursing! I have tutored students in Nursing for the past 2 years which began in the Summer of 2025. This was something I got asked to do randomly not knowing that my heart and passion would grow so deeply for helping other students pursue their journey! I have tutored students in Fundamentals of Nursing, Acute and Chronic Care, Adult I, Mental Health, and Adult II. I am also qualified to tutor students in OB, Adult III, Critical Care, and Competency as a nursing graduate. My sessions have ranged from 30 mins to as long as 3 hours which has been both one-on-ones and group sessions. My sessions consisted of reviewing lecture content by creating PowerPoint presentations over content that were easier to understand and that consisted of information on the slides rather than a few words. I also planned and led Exam Prep sessions that consisted of NCLEX-Style practice questions that was personally created. The goal is to not only help students learn the material, but to also be able to apply it!
