I’m a NYC-based professional dancer and educator with a BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College. I’m also a Yoga Sculpt instructor with CorePower Yoga in NYC, bringing a strong, athletic, and mindful approach to every lesson. My goal is to help students feel confident, supported, and empowered in their movement.

My private dance lessons are highly personalized, supportive, and designed to help each student feel confident, empowered, and strong in their movement. With over 20 years of dance experience and 5+ years in the professional industry, I bring a well-rounded, mind-body approach to every session.
Each lesson typically begins with a guided warm-up focused on mobility, strength, and injury prevention, followed by technique work tailored to your goals. Depending on your needs, we’ll move into choreography, performance quality, musicality, or audition prep. I always leave space for questions, feedback, and reflection so you walk away feeling clear, capable, and inspired.
What sets me apart is my versatility and adaptability. I meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re brand new to dance, returning after time away, or training professionally. My experience in theatre, commercial dance, and fitness allows me to blend strong technique with expressive performance while keeping lessons fun, motivating, and efficient.
These lessons are for all levels and ages. I also love working with adults who want to reconnect with movement, improve fitness through dance, or explore a new style in a supportive one-on-one setting.
