The greatest benefit of Hatha Yoga is the invigorating feeling and sense of accomplishment after the session, even though it can be very challenging while practicing. The feedback I often receive from my classes is, 'It was tough, but I slept so well afterward.' I am calm yet passionate, and I always observe the current condition of my participants, adjusting the class intensity accordingly.

I have practiced Hatha Yoga for 5 years, making it my foundational base.
Classes will be conducted over the course of an hour. If you reside in Egham, Staines, or Virginia Water, I can come to you.
The session will be guided by deep and slow breaths, starting with deep forward bends and transitioning all the way to deep backbends, covering a full-body yoga experience. If possible, we'll also progress to more advanced poses.
My classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate students. If you're looking to practice advanced asanas, my class might not be the best fit for you.
Don't be discouraged if you're not flexible. Little by little, you'll find yourself advancing and discovering your own endurance.
