I am currently a medical student studying at The Aga Khan University. Studying during a global pandemic certainly came with many challenges, namely independent learning, self-motivation, and resilience. My aim is to deliver sessions that are enjoyable and interactive, whilst also supporting you to achieve the best possible results. I have privately tutored both GCSE and A-level Biology for over 3 years and helped my students achieve top grades! Our first session will demonstrate my typical teaching style for a topic of your choice. This helps me identify your current level and establish a learning style suited to your needs. Over the course of the year, we will be incorporating the techniques below to ensure a solid understanding of the subject: - making connections between topics - a focus on exam technique - active recall and spaced repetition I regularly set and mark homework to closely monitor your progress. Lessons typically last 1 hour, however I am flexible so please feel free to get in touch to discuss other options.
