About Elliott
I am a yoga teacher who has done my 200-hour teacher training with Dylan Werner a world-renowned advanced yoga practitioner. I currently run classes every morning before work at the old green door in Norwich. And have a full class of 30 people on Sunday's at the new Puregym. I want to help people grow to be present I believe handstands are great for this. You can't think about what you are having for dinner or if you should be wearing that dress tonight. You have to be present in the moment I feel Handstands challenge and empower you and give you confidents. I want to share my knowledge so you can start to add handstands to your regular yoga practice.
