Experience
I am Italian, born in beautiful Naples! For me, eating is not just a requirement. To eat is to gather together with friends and relatives, to laugh and be happy. Because eating a good pizza margherita makes you really happy. And if you pay attention to the Mediterranean diet you don't have to feel guilty about gaining weight because you are taking care of your body responsibly!
From the experience of my grandmother and my mother I can teach you to cook some Italian recipes but above all to give you a method to cook excellent dishes whether you cook Italian, Chinese, French, English
