About Sarah
I have trained in classical ballet for over ten years in different schools and programs, which gave me a clear and structured understanding of technique. I teach through the Vaganova method in a straightforward format, focusing on clean placement, coordination, and steady technical organization. My aim is not to overload the lesson with theory but to keep the work precise, consistent, and understandable. I also make sure the classes stay engaging and suited to the student’s needs, adjusting material when necessary so the work feels relevant rather than repetitive.

My classes:
Ballet Class
A regular classical ballet lesson with barre and simple center work. We go through basic exercises, coordination, arms, and balance to build a clear movement base.
Classical Foundations
Work on basic positions, body alignment, and direction of movement. Focus on understanding how technique is organized without extra detailing.
Barre & Floor Barre
Barre for structure and control, floor barre to support alignment and stability. Together they help organize the body in a steady, manageable way.
Stretch & Lines
Stretching to gradually improve lines, placement, and range. Calm work on length and shape without overfocus on flexibility targets.
Format
Live online, I show and explain briefly, you follow, and I correct in real time. Vaganova base, used simply and clearly.
