About Shanice
I am an empathetic, patient and practical person. I pursued my teaching certification to be able to add value to society, to help others. I enjoy teaching because of these reasons. Nothing is better than watching a person who was once struggling to overcome and achieve their goals. It is motivating and inspiring, and I hope to leave these traits with my students.

My teaching philosophy is based around 'Knowledge is power'. It sounds tacky but I believe that to gain and grow in your learning is important. My aim is not to teach you in a traditional sense but to empower you to learn, to have enjoyable lessons so that you feel content with your knowledge instead of being intimidated by new concepts.
