I am a Fitness and Nutrition Specialist with a background in Corrective Exercise. I have nineteen years as a Certified Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Thirty-one years with the United States Professional Tennis Association. I have taught hundreds of students in the Los Angeles area and now I am available online.
