About Ivan

Namaste! I am a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with a deep passion for sharing this ancient practice. I travelled to India to complete my intensive training, learning directly from traditional sources.
Over the last 2 years of teaching experience, I have helped students from all backgrounds build a safe, sustainable, and rewarding home practice. Because I teach online, I bring the authentic essence of Indian yoga directly to your living room, no matter where you are in the world. Let’s start your journey together!

As an advanced teacher, my classes are 100% customised for beginners and intermediate students. We don't just practise physical postures (Asanas); every session integrates Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to help you reduce stress and improve your mental clarity.
Note: Classes are fully bilingual and can be taught in fluent English or Spanish.
