About Almudena
I have been training karate for over 11 years. I started within the Shotokan JKA, where I built a strong technical foundation with a focus on discipline and precision. Later I specialized in Shito-ryu, where I trained at Kyodai Karate Galán, a well-respected club with several national and international medalists (WKF). During this period I started competing at the national level in Spain, which gave me a deeper understanding of competitive karate and performance development. Competition achievements: 2nd place – Swedish Championships 3rd place – Swedish Open 5th place – Spanish National Senior League As an instructor, my focus is to help each student make real progress, by: - Correcting technical details - Improving physical performance - Conveying the right mentality to take the next step both in competition and in personal karate development.

I offer online karate lessons held by a member of the Swedish national karate team, with experience as a national and international medalist. I train and teach Shotokan and Shito-ryu, and the lessons are suitable for karatekas who want to improve: 1. Technique 2. Performance 3. Understanding of karate Both at exercise and competition level. During the lessons we work with: 1. Individual technique correction 2. Kihon and kata 3. Practical advice for competition and level development The lessons are completely adapted to your level and your goals, from beginners to advanced karatekas who want to take the next step - all from home. ️ Teaching in: Spanish, English, French or Swedish The first lesson focuses on evaluating your level and setting clear goals for your development.
