About Suzy
Six years of experience in boxing, k 1 style kickboxing, Muay thai and self defense. Every moment in martial arts is a complete joy that lasts forever in my soul and mind. I will share my experience of using sport to fight, increase self-confidence, happiness, skills, and the efficiency of daily routines. I understand people, their dreams, and their challenges, and how to deal with them. We can communicate in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish.

You will learn fighting skills, self-defense, burn calories and increase dopamine (happiness hormone). At home, alone, with no sandbag or partner? You can learn martial arts movements, shadow boxing, bodyweight exercises and more. Have access to a sandbag? More fun, more power and more calories to burn. Have a partner? Learn drills and be able to fight.
