About Timothy
I have a B.A. and M.A. in Classics and will soon finish my PhD in Classics. I specialize in Latin poetry, but can teach any author or level of Latin. I have over ten years of experience tutoring Latin, teaching at the high school level, and teaching at the university level. I look forward to working with you in the challenging yet rewarding endeavor of learning/reading Linguam Latinam.

For beginners interested in learning the Latin Language I stress a combination of grammar/vocab exercises and basic translation. There are no short cuts to learning Latin grammar and memorizing vocabulary, but there are techniques that make it more enjoyable and hasten the learning process.
