About Maia
I’m a recent A-level graduate with strong academic results in English Literature, History, and Drama, and I’ve received offers to study History of Art at both the University of St Andrews and the University of Glasgow. I understand how challenging schoolwork and exams can be. That’s why I enjoy creating lessons where students feel comfortable sharing what they need help with, so I can do my best to support their progress, build their confidence, and explain things in a way that makes sense to them.

I offer online tutoring sessions in A Level History and Drama, Nat 5 History, and support for younger secondary school students in humanities subjects like History and Geography. I focus on helping students build confidence, develop key skills, and improve their writing and knowledge in a friendly, relaxed environment but ultimately I will adapt to the needs of students and let them dictate what it is they would like to work on whether that's A-Level revision, schoolwork, or simply want to become a better writer, I’d be glad to support you! My hourly rate is £10. I offer a 15 minute free session for all new students to see if we are able to work together!
