I prioritize that my students can fully grasp and understand concepts over all other aspects as I believe that no question is impossible to solve with a strong foundation. Most of my students score above 85 in exams and if any are lacking behind their classmates I make sure that I give them more attention and explain differently if necessary for them to understand the lesson, however, I do encourage my other students to explain to their friends so they would have a stronger understanding of the concept. I understand that everyone has their own pace in studying and understanding and am willing to be patient and follow that pace to ensure the student's comfort and enthusiasm for learning. When tutoring and teaching, I would apply these same strategies alongside practice questions and quizzes to test the understanding of the students as well as have them explain the subject in their own words. I can also help with English assignments or public speaking preparations and other similar tasks. With these strategies, I believe that there will be improvement in the performance of the students.
