Teaching Method and Techniques
My yoga and meditation sessions are rooted in authentic Indian tradition and focused on gentle energy flow, breath awareness, and deep relaxation. I blend Hatha Yoga, breathwork (pranayama), and mindful movement to help students improve flexibility, mental clarity, and internal balance. Each session is paced according to your energy level, with a calm, encouraging approach that suits beginners and all age groups.
Lesson Plan
Each 45–60 min class is structured as follows:
5 mins – Centering: simple breath awareness or grounding exercise
10–15 mins – Warm-up flows to unlock stiffness and enhance pranic flow
20–25 mins – Main asanas (gentle postures focused on energy movement, stress release, and balance)
5–10 mins – Guided meditation or pranayama (deep relaxation, visualization, or mantra)
5 mins – Closing reflections and wellness tips
You can choose morning energizing classes or evening sessions for relaxation and calm sleep.
