About the lesson

I would break the lesson down into three sections (a warm-up, choreo, performance) Warm-up: 5-10 minutes to make sure all the muscles in the body have enough blood circulation in order to avoid injury. Choreo: 30 - 40 minutes - this will entail me teaching a short combo (dependent on student’s level) Remainder: Break down of what will be covered the next lesson This lesson structure will help to build student muscle memory, confidence and performance skills. If you choose to book a block of lessons, I am happy to teach a longer piece of choreography broken up into smaller sections which would be spread out over the lessons therefore the last lesson would be performance.
