He has taught me everything I know and has helped me through my Grade 4 exam and we are looking at Grade 5 just around the corner. One tiny recommendation I would have is that different people learn things in different ways, and when practicing hymns for instance some people might be more inclined to learn both hands separately rather than look at each individual voice or part, especially if they already have experience playing the piano. They may also naturally adopt different fingerings for each piece depending on how their hands are built.
