About Ahmed
I am 31 years old and lived in France for four years, where I completed my bachelor’s degree in Bordeaux. I then moved to Montréal to pursue my master’s degree and later earned my PhD at UQAM. Over the past four years, I have taught chemistry courses and tutored numerous students at different academic levels.

English
French is my native language, and I speak with an authentic French accent. I offer lessons for students of all levels, from beginner to advanced. I carefully listen to each student’s needs and goals and adapt my teaching style and lesson content accordingly. Each class may begin with a short warm-up activity to engage students, such as simple conversation, a review of previous material, or a quick vocabulary-based game. Lessons include conversations or presentations to develop pronunciation, fluency, and overall speaking confidence. We work with short texts, articles, or stories in French, followed by discussion and comprehension questions. Homework may include writing tasks for the next lesson, such as sentences, paragraphs, or short essays to reinforce grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills. Each class concludes with a clear summary of key points, including a review of the main topics, essential vocabulary, and grammar concepts covered.
