It's making you understand the underlying principles behind it. I believe that's the best way to learn and likewise the best way to teach. Organic chemistry is a branch of chemistry students find difficult. And to my amazement, it is the easiest part of chemistry as a subject. I have taught organic chemistry to many several students ranging from high school students to College students, and it's really more fun to me than teaching. I think I am born to teach Organic chemistry. I recently made two modules for online lectures and tutorials, the beginners module and the advanced module. I made the beginners module so that even if you are not into chemistry in general, you will have a good grasp of organic chemistry. And also, the advanced module is optional, but really cool too. I included well detailed explanatory videos for visual cues, and an extensive exercises to help you build muscle memory.
