I am a high school student in London and I am a Youth Leader at St. John Ambulance. I work/tutor with children in London including, but not limited to: complex needs cases, learning difficulties and behaviour issues such as ADHD.

I am an energetic and optimistic tutor, I believe that everyone learns in different and unique ways. And I am skilled to find that way. I usually start my lessons with a small starter, main teaching of the topic, an activity and then a plenary (cool down)

Arshan is an SPECTACULAR Youth Leader and Tutor at St. John's. Not only is he an amazing role model but his sessions are planned to such detail where no student leaves feeling confused. If a cadet felt confused, Arshan will ensure they understood quite quickly. At a young age, I would say other tutors/teachers should take lead from him.
