My sales experience I have extensive experience in sales and quickly adapt to new environments. I possess a deep understanding of sales techniques and customer influence, allowing me to effectively drive purchases. My strong selling skills distinguish me from others in the field. Additionally, I have experience in marketing, administration, procurement, cashier operations, management, and human resources. Given my diverse skill set and expertise. My HR experience via studying and working Human Resources, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of key areas essential for effective business and people management. My knowledge spans core subjects such as business management, economics, business communication, statistics, and financial accounting, which provide a strong foundation in organizational operations and decision-making. In HR-specific areas, I have developed expertise in recruitment, selection, talent management, performance and compensation management, training and development, and labor relations. I also have a solid grasp of strategic and international HR management, change management, contemporary HR practices, organizational psychology, and HR information systems. Additionally, I am well learned in commercial law and its application to employment relations. This diverse skill set equips me to effectively manage people, drive organizational success, and adapt to global and dynamic business environments. Basically, I can train you how to get your employees to do the work for you and how you can transfer your knowledge onto them so your work will be less. I also can teach first-time employee HR interns how to interact with interviewees and how you can manipulate them into thinking what you want My experience business. I have set up business from scratch to half a million sales a year. I can show how to increase your market share, how to increase sales. I have years of experience CorelDRAW, Canva, PhotoRoom. I have designed calendars, business cards, certificates I can assist with choosing the right products to sell and how to find suppliers.
