First session he showed the flaws in the argument she was making, and that there wasn't as much substance to it as she thought. He pushed her to find the genuine tension in the question rather than restating the obvious with citations. The difference between her draft one and final submission was significant enough that I actually questioned whether it was still her work (it absolutely was; I watched the process).

Oliver guided me through my John Locke essay when I was panicking close to the deadline. I haven't used SuperProf before and I wasn't sure about the quality of the tutors.
