About Florence
I’m born in Paris, after university, I worked as a model in New York and studied anthropology. I have lived in Sydney for the past twenty-five years, expanding my career to acting and yoga. I did a Pancha Karma in Kerala with my teachers from Shadow Yoga, did anatomy and advanced studies with Yoga Synergy, finally a teacher training through BodyMindLife. I studied at NIDA and am also a trained counselor.

I coordinate breath and movement. My methodology is adaptive to my students. For beginners I focus on alignment and placement. As we advance, there is more flow. My teaching revolves around my students’ interests and capabilities, whether in yoga or french.
