About Cassie
I received my 200 hour certification from Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis, as well as 50 continuing education credits received by teaching on retreat in South America. I have tiaght soldiers as part of the U.S. Army's Comprehensive Soldier Fitness Camp and currently teach corporate yoga in the tech industry.

My teaching method is facilitating an environment of personal growth for each student. This could look different for each yogi and no one class is ever the same. I am always mindful of my students and their personal goals and aspirations with their practice, as well as allowing freedom and autonomy for their own internal and external exploration.
