About Morenike
I am a passionate and dedicated music educator with experience teaching children and teens how to understand and enjoy music. With a strong foundation in violin and music theory, I focus on helping students build confidence, discipline, and expressive skills through structured yet engaging lessons.

My approach to teaching music is centered on simplicity, consistency, and confidence-building. I believe every student can learn music when it is broken down in a way that is engaging, relatable, and practical.
I use a student-centered approach, adapting each lesson to the learner’s pace, age, and goals. I combine:
Practical playing with clear step-by-step guidance
Music theory taught in a simple and relatable way
Repetition and reinforcement for mastery
Interactive exercises, games (for younger learners), and real music pieces
Encouragement and constructive feedback to build confidence
Each lesson is structured but flexible:
1. Warm-up (scales, tone exercises, or rhythm drills)
2. Review of previous lesson and assignments
3. Introduction of a new concept or technique
4. Guided practice (playing or theory application)
5. Performance practice and corrections
6. Assignment and goals for the next lesson
