About Lorenza
I am currently working as an Italian Language Assistant in a private Catholic school across all year levels as well as a private tutor and adult teacher at the Centre for Italian Studies. I also worked in a bilingual primary school for two years and as an Italian tutor in a secondary college in North Carlton. I have a degree in Arts with a specialization in Art History, Literature, and History. I have also worked in the Art field both in Italy and Australia. I love art and everything that revolves around Italian culture (food, fashion, art, cinema, history).

When it comes to teaching Italian I am flexible and focus on improving the student's confidence. My teaching method includes basic grammar and conversation through a variety of teaching and learning activities depending on the student's needs. Maximizing class time and meeting the student's goals are also my priorities. Art history students are welcome!

Lorenza is a friendly and knowledgeable tutor who has been able to help elevate my italian as I go through year 12. She shows a great deal of compassion and offers interesting discussions, insight into Italian culture and personal engagement. I have learnt much, both in terms of language and culture, with her help. She is always willing to tailor sessions to your needs. Definitely would recommend her!
