About CHENGYU
Hi, I’m Cheng Yu, a native Mandarin speaker. I’m enthusiastic and outgoing, and I love Chinese culture. I hold a Level 2, Grade A Mandarin proficiency certificate and have proven teaching methods. I strive to turn boring lessons into an engaging learning experience.

In China, I worked as a public speaking instructor, teaching young children how to recite poetry and prose. I also hold a Level 2, Grade A Mandarin proficiency certificate, and during my time in college, I volunteered to teach Chinese to international students. I am an enthusiastic, outgoing, and communicative person who often incorporates traditional Chinese culture and historical allusions into my lessons to make learning more enjoyable.
