About Kelly
I am a certified children’s yoga teacher and an almost certified 200 hr yoga teacher. Early childhood education and teaching background. Focus on anxiety, autism, stress and fun yoga! I have worked with children for over 15 years. Have a great passion for incorporating yoga into children’s lives to help with every day stressors.

I base my classes on each individual child. I would first do an assessment to see what interests your child or children and gather likes and dislikes to create a yoga sequence that will be fun and beneficial! I like to get to know the children a little bit before we get the class started so we all feel comfortable and safe in our studio space.
