About Natalie
Hi, my name is Natalie (concealed information) I am Czech biomedical student in Scotland who has a great passion for yoga.
I have been practising for the past 6 years which helped me to stay balanced thoughout my studies. Loving to move my body and mind in this natural way, I did my teacher training course in March 2021 with TrimurtiYoga (YogaAlliance).
Since my certification I have been teaching online once a week a mix of beginners and experinced yogis learning how to create a space suitable for all.

Hi, I am offering an opportunity to lovingly move your body and relax through your breath.
My lessons are suitable for beginners who want to explore this lifestyle as well as yogis who want to improve their abilities or gain more inspiration for their flows.
My style can be defined as Vinyasa, however, I like to explore all aspects of this practice.

I was nervous about doing yoga as I’m really inflexible but Natalie made me feel comfortable and adapted exercises to suit me so i really enjoyed the sessions and felt like I progressed.
I did some yoga session with Natalie and they were amazing! She was super helpful with my alignment and it was really relaxing. Would definitely recommend.
