About Jaya
Hello! I am a passionate dance artist and tutor deeply in love with the rich traditions of Indian dance. Dancing has been an integral part of my life, allowing me to master everything from high-energy Bollywood commercial tracks to traditional Indian fusion and authentic Rajasthani folk dances.
I believe that dance is for everyone, regardless of age or experience. My goal as an instructor is to pass on my knowledge, nurture individual creativity, and help my students build unwavering confidence on stage or on camera. I focus on creating an encouraging, patient, and supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace while connecting with the joy, culture, and rhythm of dance.
Whether you are stepping into a dance class for the very first time or refining your technique, I am excited to guide you on your dance journey!

I specialize in energetic Bollywood routines, graceful Indian fusion, and authentic Rajasthani folk styles, breaking down complex footwork, hand gestures (mudras), and facial expressions (abhinaya) into easy step-by-step counts.
Whether you are an absolute beginner looking for a fun fitness routine, preparing for a wedding or event, or wanting to master traditional grace and rhythm, each lesson is tailored to your personal goals and learning pace.
What my classes cover:
* Bollywood: High-energy routines to popular and classic tracks.
* Rajasthani Folk: Traditional grace, spins, and footwork (Ghoomar, Kalbelia, and festive styles).
