About Sophie
Ever since I started dance I knew I was meant to do it forever. I have been training in Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical and Jazz since I was 7. After high school, I attended the CLI Conservatory, an intense 9 month training program led by Teddy Forance. It was the most amazing time of my life and it has inspired me to share my art and knowledge of dance whatever way I can! Dance is a universal language and you can learn so many valuable things and establish the most beautiful connections from it!

My craft is the most important thing in my life! I dedicate my time and energy to dance everyday and I am always eager to share what I’ve learned over my years in dance. It is important to me to teach dancers about injury prevention, as it is crucial in keeping your body healthy so it can dance for years and years to come! I focus on technique, performance, and consistency. But my hope above all is to inspire movement and spark creativity and passion!
