About Shruti
Hi, I’m Shruti — an emotionally driven, passionate artist who believes that art is not just about technique, but expression, healing, and joy. With over 6 years of experience in freehand sketching, mandala work, and creative illustrations, I specialize in helping others find their own artistic voice, no matter where they’re starting from. I’ve taught friends, juniors, and children both formally and informally, and nothing brings me more happiness than watching someone fall in love with drawing for the first time. My sessions are gentle, supportive, and highly personalized — because I believe every learner brings their own emotions and energy into their artwork. I’m especially good at working with sensitive or anxious learners — I create a calm, non-judgmental space where creativity can bloom. Whether you're a complete beginner, someone looking to reconnect with their creative self, or a student preparing a portfolio, I’d love to help you grow through art. I’m a self-taught artist with 5+ years of experience in sketching, realism, shading, doodling, mandalas, and creative artwork. I truly believe anyone can draw with the right guidance and encouragement. In my class, we’ll begin with the basics: how to observe, how to hold the pencil, and how to use lines, light, and shadow to bring your ideas to life. As you progress, I’ll tailor lessons to your pace and interests — be it realistic portraits, object drawing, nature sketching, anime/manga art, or even mandala and creative expression.
