About Carrie
I am a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master's Degree in Social Work. Through this degree, I have worked with many different populations and gained wonderful experience. I think it is important to build relationships with your clients that are meaningful and help guide them when they are encountering issues. We will assess each student's needs and goals and develop a collaborative treatment plan together! This will help create the structure of our lesson plans moving forward to ensure we are both on the same page to achieve the desired outcome! My teaching method is very person-led and solution-focused. Sometimes learning can be new and scary, but I will meet you where you are at on your level of learning and we will adjust and cater things so you feel confident and successful!
