About Sanhita
I am an individual who has has interest in dancing, sports, and active living since I was a kid. I have years of experience in Indian style dancing and performing. I also have more than 5 years of experience in practicing yoga and weight training.

1) learning the strengths/weaknesses of my students
2) beginning the class with breathing/meditation training and then slowly, moving on to yoga practise
3) my classes are meant for beginners
4) as a teacher, I prefer to observe the students and ensure that they are performing yoga correctly
