About Anya
"I didn't discover yoga — I grew up inside it. My family lived by yoga and meditation, and that daily rhythm became my own lifestyle and, eventually, my passion. Years of practicing sadhna and meditation have given me knowledge I genuinely love sharing. If you're feeling low, struggling with confidence, or just looking for something deeper — even if you can't quite name it — I'll teach you from the very basics, at your pace."
