About Serenity
I’m an experienced ELA teacher with over 10 years of working with students in both classroom and one-on-one settings. I understand that every student learns differently, and I pride myself on being patient, supportive, and adaptable.
I’ve worked with students who need extra support, as well as those who want to strengthen their skills and get ahead. My goal is to create a space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing.
I believe learning should feel approachable, not overwhelming. I’m here to help students build both their skills and their confidence!

My lessons are supportive, structured, and designed to meet students where they are. I help students strengthen their reading and writing skills while also building confidence in the classroom.
We focus on:
• Understanding what they’re reading (not just getting through it)
• Writing clearly and expressing their ideas
• Breaking down assignments so they feel manageable
• Developing skills they can use independently
I believe students do their best when they feel comfortable, understood, and capable. I create a space where they can learn without pressure and actually grow.
