About Carlos Alexander
Originally from Ecuador and having lived in Spain for many years, I can help you navigate the differences between both accents and expressions. While I was completing my university degree in the UK, I realised just how many people love the idea of speaking another language. They would often try to strike up conversations with me to practise their skills, which made me realise how much I enjoy helping people build their confidence and improve, no matter their starting point.

In our lessons, we will focus on what you actually need, going completely at your own pace. I have experience working with absolute beginners; for instance, when teaching an elderly couple, we focused on foundational basics like the abecedario, proper pronunciación de sílabas, mastering verbos regulares (ar, er, ir), and understanding tricky details like the diferencias entre la y/ll. We can do structured grammar or just casual conversation.
