About Mohammed
I genuinely enjoy helping students see that Maths is something they can do — not something to fear. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching a student go from feeling stuck to feeling confident and capable.
I chose to teach because I’ve seen how the right explanation and encouragement can completely change a student’s attitude and results. Everyone learns differently, and I take pride in finding the approach that works best for each individual.
My aim is simple: build real understanding, grow confidence, and help students walk into their GCSE exam feeling prepared and self-assured. I care about my students’ progress, and I’m fully committed to supporting them every step of the way.

As a fully qualified GCSE Maths specialist teacher, my lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I begin by identifying strengths and gaps in understanding, then create a clear learning plan to build confidence and secure steady progress.
My teaching focuses on developing deep understanding. I break down complex topics into simple, manageable steps and use clear explanations, guided practice, and exam-style questions to ensure students feel fully prepared.
For GCSE students, I place strong emphasis on:
Mastering key topics across all exam boards
Building problem-solving skills
Improving exam technique and time management
Targeted practice on weaker areas
Lessons are supportive and encouraging, creating a safe environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. My goal is not only to improve grades, but to help students feel confident and capable in Maths.
