About Terrell
As a coach, I believe patience and encouragement are just as important as technical knowledge. I take time to understand each student, listen to their concerns, and explain techniques in a simple and practical way. I am happy to repeat and demonstrate a skill as many times as necessary until the student feels comfortable with it.
I provide in-person lessons and give my full attention to each student throughout the session. I take professionalism seriously and always aim to be punctual, prepared, focused, and respectful. My goal is to make every lesson feel productive while also making sure the student enjoys the experience.

My lessons are structured but flexible. We usually begin with a warm-up and a quick review of previous skills before moving into the main focus of the session. Depending on the swimmer, this could include breathing, floating, kicking, body position, stroke technique, coordination, turns, endurance, or water confidence. We then practise through focused drills before applying the skills to continuous swimming or practical situations.
