About Andres
Hello! My name is Andres, (Andre or Dre is fine), and I have been working with computers and technology for nearly two decades. Throughout my career in desktop support and customer service, I have helped people solve everyday technology problems and become more comfortable using their devices.
One of the things I enjoy most is helping people understand technology in a way that feels simple and approachable. Many people were never taught how modern devices work, yet they are expected to use computers, smartphones, and the internet every day. I believe everyone deserves the chance to learn these tools at their own pace without feeling overwhelmed.
My experience in technical support has taught me how to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and guide people step by step through solutions. Whether someone is brand new to technology or just needs help with a specific issue, I focus on creating a relaxed and supportive learning environment.
I especially enjoy helping seniors and beginners gain confidence with computers, smartphones, and everyday digital tools so they can stay connected with family, manage important tasks online, and feel comfortable using the technology around them.

My lessons are designed to make technology simple, comfortable, and useful in everyday life. With nearly two decades of experience in desktop support and technology troubleshooting, I focus on helping people not only fix problems but also understand how to use their devices with confidence.
During a session, we can work through multiple questions or issues depending on the student’s needs. My goal is not to stretch out time unnecessarily, but to help solve problems efficiently while teaching practical skills along the way. Many students appreciate that we can address several topics in one lesson, whether it’s learning how to use email, organizing photos, understanding smartphone settings, improving computer performance, or navigating the internet safely.
My teaching style is patient, step-by-step, and focused on building confidence. I believe technology should empower people, not frustrate them. I also understand that many people were never formally taught how modern technology works, so I meet students where they are and move at a pace that feels comfortable.
These lessons are especially helpful for beginners, older adults, or anyone who wants clear guidance with computers, smartphones, the internet, and everyday digital tools.
