My coaching approach is personalized to each swimmer’s age, skill level, and goals. Drawing on 15 years of competitive swimming experience and 5 years of tutoring, I focus on clear instruction, technique drills, and building strength and confidence. A typical lesson includes warm-ups, stroke-specific drills (butterfly, breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke), endurance work, and constructive feedback.
