About Charles
I am a penultimate-year Law and Economics student at the University of Queensland, with a strong academic record and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Having achieved a 97 ATAR in 2020, I have a deep understanding of the high school curriculum and the challenges students face. I believe in the transformative power of education and the role it plays in shaping future opportunities. My approach to tutoring is centered around patience, adaptability, and encouragement. Every student learns differently, and I take the time to understand their unique needs, tailoring each lesson to suit their learning style and pace. Beyond just helping students improve their marks, I strive to build their confidence, critical thinking skills, and a genuine interest in the subject. I take pride in maintaining a professional, reliable, and supportive learning environment, where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes—because that’s where real learning happens.

Every student has slightly different methods of understanding content and grasping concepts, and I am adaptable in order to best meet their needs. I am competent in teaching a wide range of high school subjects, having achieved a 97 ATAR in 2020. I particularly excel in teaching Law, Economics, and the Sciences, as well as English and Mathematics. I have been through the Queensland schooling system and understand what it takes to thrive.
